People message me about partner codes all the time. Always the same thing: do you get discounted fees or free trading?
Nope. AvaTrade doesn't charge commission on forex. You pay the spread. That's the cost. A partner code won't affect it.
The code 128979 activates the bonus program. Bonus money added to your account based on deposit size. That's all it does.
How 128979 much bonus do you receive?
$1,000 deposit adds $200.
Deposit $2,000 for $400 bonus.
$5,000 to $9,999 adds $1,000.
Top tier is $14,000 on deposits over $100,000. Not many traders reach that level.
British traders get £160 bonus on £800 deposits. Top tier reaches £11,200.
You can open an account with $100. Minimum for any bonus is $1,000.
The field is hidden
When you're signing up. Below the phone field, look for small text that says "Have a Partner Code?" with an arrow next to it. Click the arrow. A field drops down. Type **128979**.
Most people miss it because it doesn't look like a proper form field until you click.
If you see an error, it's fine. Go ahead and register anyway. Contact support before funding. Ask them to add code 128979. They do this manually all the time.
Bonus withdrawal conditions
You need to trade a certain volume.
About 10,000 units for every dollar of bonus. You'd need to trade 2,000,000 units to unlock a $200 bonus. Can take time with smaller position sizes. Active traders hit it quicker than expected.
Your deposit is yours. Take it out anytime. Bonus funds remain locked until volume is met.
